We recently purchased our first home and wish we had met Tom before we first contacted our builder! We ended up having a lot of trouble with the builder of our home and went through a lot of hoops to get to closing. Tom was wonderful and helpful and showed us dozens of homes that fit what we were looking for. In the end we purchased a new construction home and wished we had Tom at our side during the process!

We'd recommend him to our friends and family any time due to his professional and friendly demeanor, and willingness to help out at any time. Even if you are considering new construction, it's in your best interest to take him along to the office the first time you visit so he can help you get through a lot of the difficult parts!

When we contacted you from California to begin our new home search in New Mexico, you were not only professional and courteous, you made us immediately feel as if we had a made a friend awaiting our arrival in a new city.

For several months you faithfully sent us copious information on homes in the Albuquerque area for our review, and faithfully followed up each of your emails with a call for our feedback. You took us all over Albuquerque, into homes of every style and size, and still managed to stay within our stated price range. You scrutinized every home we looked at more carefully than we did, and we felt you were looking out for our best interests with each tour.

When we finally decided to purchase a new home under construction you walked us through all the phases we would go through and rejoiced with us in our choice. Several months later, when it came time for a trip back out to Albuquerque to pick all the components of the new home, you met Terri at the airport, took her to the meeting, stayed with her through the choice process, and raced her back to the airport, all in one day.

This is ordinarily where a testimonial letter would end, however this is just the beginning of what became a solid friendship between the three of us. When we moved to Albuquerque and rented an apartment during our home's construction, you took us to the site many times and explained the building process and what to look for. Tom is one of the main reasons we were able to move to Rio Rancho on schedule. We were living on the East Coast when we made the decision to move to New Mexico. Initially, my wife and I were apprehensive about taking the first steps towards buying out first home. Could we really afford such a large investment at our young age? If we began working with a realtor, would we feel pressured to make a purchase before we were ready?
