Took a new listing on La Veta yesterday. Check it out on my listing page. This place is it if you need storage and space! If you have a big family, you could even squeeze 5 bedrooms out of it. Officially, it only has 3.

Good news! My listing at 1241 Reynosa LOOP in Rio Rancho sold this weekend!
This home had a lot of traffic, up to 10 buyers since listed in April. Does not sound like much, but is way better than most homes out there! It was priced right and showed well!

Welcome to my new blog. Today was a good day for my first time buyers. Got them into a home whereas the seller is paying up to $1900 of their closing costs! Plus, we were competing with another offer!
